About the Role
شركة مرابع للاستثمار is seeking a Customer Services Specialist for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to the company's customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
The Customer Services Specialist will be responsible for a range of duties focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. This includes:
- Conducting specialized studies and analyses to define key performance indicators (KPIs), performance standards, and quality standards within customer service and electronic booking operations.
- Ensuring continuous follow-up to maintain adherence to established work requirements and standards.
- Participating in the development and updating of customer service procedures and guides for various customer segments.
- Effectively, efficiently, and professionally receiving and responding to bookings and inquiries, coordinating with relevant departments as needed.
- Developing advanced programs and creative initiatives aimed at exceeding customer expectations in terms of service quality and professionalism.
- Analyzing information and data to identify strengths and weaknesses in customer service systems and electronic booking platforms.
- Evaluating customer satisfaction results, identifying recurring complaint patterns and gaps, and developing plans to address these issues.
- Preparing specialized documents and reports related to customer service, providing appropriate recommendations and solutions.
- Presenting and clarifying findings and recommendations, and saving them in the dedicated database according to approved policies and procedures.
Role Objectives
The primary objectives of this role involve defining and implementing performance and quality indicators for customer service and electronic booking companies. The specialist will also contribute to maximizing the quality and professionalism of electronic booking service systems and building an integrated customer service model.
Required Experience and Skills
This position requires 0-1 years of experience in a customer service or related field. The role necessitates strong analytical skills for data evaluation and problem-solving, alongside the ability to develop and present reports and recommendations. Effective communication and coordination skills are essential for interacting with customers and internal departments.
Work Location and Type
