We are currently seeking a skilled Foreman to ensure the execution of daily maintenance activities at a Petrochemical plant, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation tasks. This role is instrumental in maintaining operational continuity and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all maintenance jobs assigned to contractors concerning mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work in alignment with company standards.
• Regularly report maintenance execution progress using the CMMS system.
• Support planning and scheduling supervisors as needed.
• Assist the reliability department with bad actor analysis.
• Prepare and present weekly maintenance reports.
• Enhance workforce knowledge through job-specific training in coordination with the HR department.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety requirements during job execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a High School diploma.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Thorough understanding of refining equipment and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proven leadership capability in large organizations.
• Ability to maintain composure and resolve problems under pressure.
• Strategic thinker, open to new ideas.
• Adept at achieving results in multicultural environments.

Join Fugro as a Maintenance Supervisor! As a key player in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our drill rigs and associated equipment, you will lead a team of skilled mechanics, electricians, and technicians. Your role is critical to maintaining our standards of safety and excellence, while also supporting our commitment to sustainable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Planning & Execution: Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Supervision & Leadership: Direct the daily activities of maintenance staff, ensuring quality and timely completion of all tasks.
• Equipment Reliability & Troubleshooting: Diagnose faults and coordinate repairs, ensuring collaboration with OEMs and vendors where necessary.
• Safety, Health & Environment (HSE): Enforce HSE policies and conduct safety training to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities and inventory management.
• Coordination & Communication: Work closely with the workshop supervisor and the drilling team to ensure alignment with project goals.

Qualifications Required:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment/Industrial Maintenance.
• Experience: 8–12+ years in drilling rig or heavy equipment maintenance with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• Technical Competencies: Strong background in diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance standards.
• Leadership & Personal Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and high accountability in safety management.
