Join Electrolux as an Administrative Specialist!
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage crucial administrative tasks within our Research and Development (R&D) teams. The role requires effective coordination across multiple sites and laboratories while interacting with both internal teams and external governmental organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and manage tasks for R&D teams
Oversee facility management and support across 2 sites and 6 laboratory buildings
Manage housekeeping duties
Handle mail and samples in coordination with couriers
Coordinate logistics for testing samples at different locations
Engage with governmental organizations for necessary product certifications
Organize and manage internal and external events
