Job Purpose:
Developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, retention strategies, and leadership development.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Partner closely with the Company’s HR team to develop effective HR policies.
  • Plan and implement HR management strategies.
  • Monitor and report on HR issues and development plans.
  • Contribute to HR strategy evaluation and development.
  • Plan employee performance appraisals and training.
  • Liaise with functional heads to ensure HR objectives are met.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in HR management, Business Administration, or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years’ related experience in human resources management and organizational development.

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager!
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee all HR functions within the hospitality organization. Your role will ensure the attraction, development, and retention of a high-performing workforce, supporting operational excellence by aligning HR strategies with service standards and guest satisfaction goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with hospitality industry best practices.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hospitality roles including front office, F&B, housekeeping, culinary, engineering, and administration.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to meet service quality and brand standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead performance management processes and talent development initiatives.
  • Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee records with finance and operations teams.
  • Implement training and development programs focused on service excellence and leadership development.
  • Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and staff scheduling in coordination with department heads.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and change management.
  • Conduct HR audits and prepare HR reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience managing a diverse, multicultural workforce.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

المهارات والمتطلبات:


خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات (يفضل مجال. • القهوة ) .
خبرة في إعداد القهوة ومشروبات الإسبريسو (ميزة أساسية).


مهارات تواصل وإقناع عالية.


القدرة على العمل الميداني وتحمل ضغط العمل.
