We are looking for an enthusiastic recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle and support the company's hiring needs. This role includes:

• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Preparing and posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking recruitment progress.
• Conducting reference checks and assisting in job offer preparation.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Working closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience using job boards like ***** or LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple positions and adhere to recruitment deadlines.
