مسؤولياتك:
  • وضع وتنفيذ أهداف المبيعات لمنتجات السلامة من الحرائق في منطقتك المحددة.
  • الاشتراك في نهج المبيعات الاستشارية لفهم احتياجات العملاء وتقديم حلول مخصصة.
  • تطوير استراتيجيات فريدة للترويج لأنظمة إنذار الحرائق من سيمنز.
  • الحصول على والحفاظ على علاقات مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين والمستخدمين النهائيين عبر صناعات متنوعة.
  • رصد الاتجاهات السوقية وتعليقات العملاء لدفع استراتيجيات تطوير الأعمال.
  • استخدام أدوات إدارة علاقات العملاء مثل Salesforce لإدارة حسابات العملاء وتوقعات المبيعات.
  • التعاون مع وحدات الأعمال الأخرى لتعزيز فرص البيع المتقاطع.

مؤهلاتك:
  • درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معروفة.
  • 57 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في المبيعات أو تطوير الحلول في السعودية، مع التركيز على أنظمة الإنذار من الحرائق مفضل.
  • فهم قوي للسوق السعودي ومعايير السلامة من الحرائق.
  • طليق في العربية والإنجليزية.
  • شخصية ديناميكية تستند إلى النتائج مع مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial expertise in electro-mechanical products. The candidate must have at least 5 years of local Saudi experience, combining product compliance knowledge, AutoCAD skills, and consultant approvals with sales growth, negotiation, and margin management. This role requires a balance of engineering know-how and business development ability to support our projects and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for electro-mechanical products in Saudi Arabia.
  • Prepare techno-commercial offers, quotations, and tenders ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain long-term client relationships.
Technical Support & Compliance
  • Prepare and review product compliance documents (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.).
  • Support consultants/contractors with technical clarifications and approvals.
  • Provide pre-sales technical guidance and post-sales technical support.
Design & Documentation
  • Prepare AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and shop drawings when required.
  • Assist in preparing method statements and compliance submittals.
  • Ensure technical accuracy in all proposals.
Commercial & Coordination
  • Liaise with procurement and logistics for material delivery in line with contract requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure offers are both technically sound and commercially competitive.
  • Support finance team in collections and payment follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical (Electro-Mechanical preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years local Saudi experience in techno-commercial sales of electro-mechanical products.
  • Licensing & Registration: Must hold a valid Saudi Driving License and be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance standards (SASO, Aramco, WRAS, NSF, etc.) and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Commercial Skills: Negotiation, pricing, and margin management skills, experienced in preparing competitive bids.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills (English essential, Arabic an advantage), ability to manage multiple projects, and client relationship management.

Your Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will identify customer goals and requirements during the initial sales phase and translate them into a winning technical solution, balancing technology with competitive pricing.
