Napco National, a leading Saudi company with a legacy since 1956, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive to enhance our sales team in Dammam, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a diverse range of company products and providing insights on market competition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell the widest range of the company’s products to assigned customers.
- Issue special order requests as needed.
- Collect invoices in accordance with company aging policy.
- Prepare necessary documentation for call cycles or business reviews.
- Identify and report new customers to the team leader.
- Manage customer complaints and escalate issues to the sales team leader.
- Present customer orders and daily collections to the team leader or accountant.
- Issue return forms for defective products and secure necessary approvals.
- Conduct quarterly account reconciliations with customers.
