We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide on-site technical support for our deployed systems in Dammam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance through daily system checks and maintenance, acting as a key communication point between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on technical support at the client site.
- Perform daily system checks and monitoring.
- Log and track issues using the ticketing system.
- Continuously monitor system health and troubleshoot problems.
- Collaborate with project teams during deployment phases.
- Prepare performance and incident reports.
- Collect and document business and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience in technical support and Smart City applications.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems and monitoring tools.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
