Role Description:
This full-time, on-site position is based in Dammam. As an Operation Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations related to medical equipment registration, working closely with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with SFDA and MDMA regulations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing team performance and improving operational processes
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Supporting tender and project management

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in SFDA & MDMA registration
• Knowledge of Tender-key Projects and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to manage daily operational tasks efficiently
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in the medical equipment industry is a plus
