Join GE Vernova as a Production Supervision Specialist
As an operations leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring daily operations are performed reliably and consistently on the repair production lines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team of 25-35 blue collar employees.
• Operationalizing and sustaining Fulfillment-5 metrics execution related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
• Promoting a ‘zero exception’ culture regarding Safety and ensuring compliance with Operations regulations.
• Collaborating with the Quality team to ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
• Handling tactical operations rhythm while working alongside Safety, Engineering, Quality, and HR teams to resolve shop floor issues.
• Driving On-Time-Delivery for the Cell and managing job cost reviews throughout the lifecycle of each repair.
• Championing productivity initiatives and leading Lean projects to enhance efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related role within the Manufacturing or Repair business.
• Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills in English.
