We are excited to announce an opening for a Junior Sales Engineer catering exclusively to Saudi nationals. Äager GmbH is a globally recognized engineering and manufacturing company, specializing in advanced process, emission, and pollution control systems.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for motivated, early-career professionals to become part of our dynamic regional sales team. You will have the chance to develop skills in technical sales, customer relations, and project support in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales activities for existing and potential customers in Saudi Arabia.
• Assist in preparing quotations, technical documentation, and client presentations.
• Participate in customer visits, exhibitions, and local business meetings.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with internal teams for project support.
• Maintain data in the CRM system and contribute to lead generation activities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners.

Qualifications:

• Mandatory Saudi nationality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred, but all engineering disciplines are welcome).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow in a technical sales career.
