About the Role

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily sales operations and achieve individual sales objectives.

• Prepare sales proposals, conduct site inspections, and negotiate contracts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
• Produce and review sales reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification, or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality or hotel sales environment.
• Strong understanding of local businesses and current business trends.
• Proficiency in local languages is required.
• Knowledge of other languages is preferred.
