Role Overview:
As a Tele-Sales Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers through daily phone interactions to promote our training services.
• Identifying potential customers and effectively communicating service offerings.
• Addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Closing sales efficiently to meet targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport and meet client needs.
• Basic sales knowledge and comprehension of sales processes.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in spoken Arabic; English language skills are a plus.
