Role Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, and bread.
  • Develop and follow recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety standards.
  • Manage ingredients and organize the workstation efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members for smooth kitchen operations.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in baking and bakery operations.
  • Strong food preparation skills.
  • Demonstrated culinary skills focused on pastries and desserts.
  • Knowledge of food safety protocols.
  • Attention to detail and creativity under tight deadlines.
  • Relevant certification in culinary arts is preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and food safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and collaborative spirit.

توجد فرصة لمدير الطهي (تخصص الحلويات) لقسم الطهي للانضمام إلى مجموعة جميرا.

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • مساعدة الطاهي التنفيذي / طاهي الحلويات في تحديد معايير الخدمة وإنتاج الحلويات.
  • التواصل بشأن أي مشكلات تنشأ داخل قسم الحلويات إلى الطاهي التنفيذي المساعد.
  • دعم الطاهي التنفيذي / طاهي الحلويات في تطوير عناصر جديدة في قائمة الحلويات والحلويات.
  • إدارة وتنسيق تدريب الموظفين داخل قسم الحلويات.
  • تنفيذ السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة للقسم.
  • تحفيز أعضاء فريق الحلويات والمساهمة في تحديد الفرص للتحسين.
  • ضمان الامتثال للوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
  • الحفاظ على قسم الحلويات والأدوات والمعدات في حالة نظيفة وصحية.
