Position: Accountant
Location: Riyadh - KSA
Type: Full-time

Role: The Accountant will support the finance team by performing basic accounting and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely reconciliations, and assisting with routine reporting, in compliance with Abyat’s financial policies and Saudi regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in recording daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Support in preparing journal entries and general ledger postings.
  • Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
  • Help in processing accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Organize and maintain financial documentation and records.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and policies.
  • Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary documentation.
  • Support VAT filing and documentation under Saudi tax laws.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 02 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Saudi VAT regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Arabic & English) is preferred.

نحن نبحث عن محاسب أول للإشراف على العمليات المالية ودعم احتياجات أعمالنا المتزايدة في التجارة الإلكترونية. هذا الدور مثالي لشخص لديه خبرة عملية في أنظمة المحاسبة عبر الإنترنت ويفهم سير العمل المالي لعمليات البيع بالتجزئة الرقمية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إدارة قيود اليومية اليومية، وتسويات المصارف، والحسابات الدائنة/المدينة.
  • إعداد بيانات مالية شهرية وربع سنوية وسنوية دقيقة.
  • تحليل ربحية الطلبات وهامش المنتجات بناءً على البيانات من المنصات عبر الإنترنت.
  • مراجعة فواتير الموردين والفواتير الإلكترونية الصادرة من خلال المتجر عبر الإنترنت.
  • تتبع والتحقق من تكلفة البضائع المباعة (COGS) باستخدام بيانات المخزون من زيد وسلة.
  • التنسيق مع التسويق والعمليات لإنتاج تقارير الأداء المالي ورؤى الأعمال.
  • مصالحة تقارير بوابة الدفع (مثل: تابى، تمارا، بطاقات الائتمان، التحويلات المصرفية) مع السجلات المحاسبية.
  • ضمان التوافق بين حركة مخزون المستودع والتقارير المالية.

المتطلبات:
  • حد أدنى 4 سنوات من الخبرة في المحاسبة، ويفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة في التجارة الإلكترونية.
  • يفضل الإلمام بمنصات مثل زيد وسلة ودافتر.
  • فهم قوي لدورات الطلب عبر الإنترنت وعمليات البيع بالتجزئة الرقمية.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية مع القدرة على توليد رؤى مالية قابلة للتنفيذ.
  • معرفة عملية بتنظيم الفواتير الإلكترونية السعودية والامتثال لضريبة القيمة المضافة.

من الجيد أن يكون لديك:
  • خبرة مع أسواق مثل أمازون أو موقع متجر نون على الإنترنت.
  • فهم المحاسبة الترويجية، واتفاقيات الموردين، والخصومات المدفوعة بالتسويق.
