Your Role:
As the driving force behind our growth strategy, you will:

Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on Saudi Arabia and UAE, concentrating on partner-led growth.
Qualify inbound leads, conduct presentations, and assist in closing deals in collaboration with partners.
Manage partner relationships, ensuring alignment with our sales methodology and assisting them in deal execution.
Identify, onboard, and support new partners to increase brand visibility through outbound marketing activities.
Monitor partner performance with pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Your Profile:
We seek candidates with strong collaboration and analytical skills, who understand the business culture of the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience, preferably in a partner/channel-driven environment.
Experience with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
Familiarity with system integrators.

Good understanding of mobile technologies (4G/5G).
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and win strategic deals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

Background working with telecom vendors, network solution providers, or system integrators.
