Join Our Team as a Business Development Manager (Consumer)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager (Consumer) to join Stanley Black & Decker in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will drive sales growth and increase our market share within the modern retail channel across KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
• Manage key customer relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
• Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to highlight achievements and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective sales execution.
• Stay informed on market trends and provide insights.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal product availability.
• Track performance metrics and prepare business reports.

Key Skills:

• Proven success in modern channel sales within KSA.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Arabic speaker with a Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in modern channel sales.
• Strong understanding of KSA market and modern retail channels.

What will you do?

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform business strategy.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Which Talent do you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner management.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise products.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a global matrixed environment.
