Role Summary:
The Digital Pathology Business Development Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue from Leica Biosystems Digital Pathology products and services in Saudi Arabia while enabling customers to embark on a seamless digital transformation journey. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager, META – Digital Pathology and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage Digital Pathology opportunities in Saudi Arabia from opportunity identification through implementation.
  • Deliver assigned country revenue and profitability targets.
  • Maintain a healthy Digital Pathology funnel and provide accurate monthly forecasting.
  • Partner cross-functionally with various teams to execute impactful commercial strategies.

Essential Requirements:
  • Advanced university degree in relevant fields such as Medical Technology, Engineering, or Imaging.
  • Experience in selling or operating digital medical devices and software applications.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and the ability to establish value propositions.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel domestically up to 75%. International travel may be required infrequently.

  • رصد ودراسة أنشطة المنافسين بصورة منهجية، وإعداد تقارير تحليلية دورية تتضمن تقييم استراتيجياتهم التسويقية والتجارية، واستخلاص توصيات تُعزز الميزة التنافسية للشركة.
  • متابعة المستجدات التنافسية في السوق وتقديم توصيات استراتيجية قابلة للتطبيق.
  • قيادة مبادرات تطوير الأعمال بما يتوافق مع أهداف النمو قصيرة وطويلة المدى.
  • تعزيز مكانة العلامات التجارية من خلال إدارة علاقات فاعلة مع العملاء والشركاء المحتملين.

ثانياً: المتطلبات والمؤهلات
  • خبرة عملية في مجال تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات، ويُفضل في قطاع الأغذية أو المنتجات الاستهلاكية الفاخرة.
  • قدرة مثبتة على اختراق أسواق جديدة وتحقيق نمو فعلي وقابل للقياس.
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاوض متقدمة مع مختلف الجهات الحكومية والخاصة.
  • كفاءة عالية في إعداد العروض والمقترحات التجارية الاحترافية.
  • إجادة إعداد التقارير التنفيذية وتحليل البيانات واستخلاص التوصيات.
  • خبرة في تحليل السوق ودراسة المنافسين وإعداد التقارير التنافسية.
  • قدرة على التعاون والتنسيق مع الإدارة العليا والفرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • قدرة على العمل باستقلالية وتحمّل المسؤولية وتحقيق الأهداف المحددة.
