We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead our commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. This is a role with significant authority where you will build the business from the ground up, represent ICON at the highest levels, and work directly with senior management to shape our strategy in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead new business opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and accounts teams to develop customized proposals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor movements.
  • Represent ICON at professional events and forums in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications:
  • Saudi national with 5 to 8 years of experience in business development within agencies or marketing communications.
  • Effective professional network in the Saudi market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • A sharp, independent business personality capable of achieving results.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and essential business tools.

* متابعة المشاريع والمناقصات وإعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية.
* التنسيق مع الفرق الفنية والهندسية لتلبية متطلبات المشاريع.
* إدارة خط سير المشاريع وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية.

المتطلبات:

* خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في:
* المنازل الذكية
* أنظمة ELV والتيار الخفيف
* المباني الذكية
* الأنظمة الأمنية والإضاءة الذكية
* خبرة في مبيعات المشاريع وتطوير الأعمال داخل السعودية.
* مهارات قوية في التواصل والتفاوض وبناء العلاقات.
