Role Description
- Identifying sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow-up, networking, and partner/channel relationships.
- Developing and executing a mutual action plan and closing strategy with the sales leadership team at WegoPro.
- Pursuing revenue opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives & targets.
- Managing sales process through qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.
- Developing and maintaining an understanding of the territory, marketplace, competitive offerings, and other business issues relevant to the position.
- Managing complex sales cycles related to e-commerce and marketing SaaS.
- Partnering with other functional teams in the organization to maximize the overall business development activity.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with partners and other third parties to increase opportunities.
- Delivering successful sales presentations.
- Traveling to customer locations as required.
- Providing feedback from field experience to internal cross-functional teams concerning product, selling, competitive landscape, and related matters.
Qualifications
- Full proficiency in Arabic and English (Speaking - Reading - Writing).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related.
- 5+ years of experience selling Corporate Travel solutions is a must. Preferably in Travel-tech.
- 3+ years of experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) is a must.
- Experience in setting sales processes.
- Metrics-driven mindset with a strong analytical approach.
- Consistency in developing new accounts and building relationships.
- Good Communication skills with an ability to work well in a team with a positive attitude.
- Passion and motivation to deliver in a fast-paced, startup environment, with the desire to learn and be part of a highly experienced team.
