The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join Hitachi Energy. This role is crucial for driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring the progress of the service sales strategy, as well as developing trends for identifying and winning new business opportunities.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assess and monitor the success and deviations of contracts to identify required changes.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial aspects, cooperating with technical and financial staff, legal teams, and clients.
- Provide support and advice on new potential business opportunities, demonstrating a strong legal knowledge base.
- Achieve assigned KPIs for multiple business units and develop the sales pipeline to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Hitachi tools for proactive engagement with customers and define strategies for responsible accounts.
- Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Your background
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in electrical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the service sales industry.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is required.

Join stc as a Sales Manager!

Strong analytical, communication, and planning skills are essential, along with knowledge of sales principles and contract management practices.
