Join Kingston Stanley as an Executive Assistant! We are a leading global recruitment agency, and we are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a gatekeeper to senior executives, managing access and ensuring priorities are handled efficiently.
- Provide high-level administrative support including complex diary management and inbox control.
- Coordinate complex international travel and logistics.
- Serve as the primary liaison between senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Screen and manage emails, calls, and meetings professionally.
- Handle highly confidential information with discretion.
Profile We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience supporting C-level / Executive Management in international organizations.
- Bilingual: English & Arabic (French is a strong advantage).
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
