Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservations and seating plans for efficient operations.
- Provide recommendations on food and drink selections, informing guests about specials.
- Ensure guests receive prompt attention and address any requests or concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Assist with training new staff and support in administrative tasks such as managing guest lists.
- Stay informed about local attractions to provide recommendations to guests.
Qualifications:
- Saudi National.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
