Join Dussmann-Ajlan & Bros as a Coordinator Receptionist!

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk operations. As part of our team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a positive first impression.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is presentable and organized.
  • Answer and route phone calls and inquiries promptly.
  • Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and issue visitor passes.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.

Administrative Coordination:
  • Provide support to departments as needed, including document management.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.

Office Operations Support:
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors for various services.
  • Support HR and Admin in onboarding procedures.

Communication:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
  • Handle complaints or requests and escalate as necessary.
