The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in the hospitality field and previous experience in hotel reservations. You should be computer literate and possess excellent communication skills, along with proficiency in written and spoken English. Additional language skills are a plus.

- Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients through phone, letter, or fax.
- Input all reservations into the computer, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and requests related to reservations.
- Stay updated with all hotel promotions and follow established procedures for processing reservations.
- Demonstrate complete product knowledge and manage rates effectively.
- Maintain filing systems for correspondence and prepare reports as needed.
- Promote good public relations and strive to maximize business.
- Ensure accurate room status information is maintained at all times.
- Answer incoming calls and process information received via fax and email promptly.
- Organize visa requests for hotel guests in accordance with hotel policy.
- Upsell services whenever possible.
