We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about driving sales growth and collaborating with teams to provide innovative solutions.

About the Role:
As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will support account management and shape operational plans to meet business needs. You will be instrumental in developing market strategies and delivering successful outcomes for key industry players.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify and build long-term strategic relationships with key customers.
• Sell to specific customers, including those within a designated business group or product line.
• Contribute to pricing frameworks and negotiate client-specific conditions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Focus on generating business leads within a medium-sized territory.

Candidate Requirements:
We seek candidates who possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Chemicals/Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Sales within the Saudi market, preferably with Aramco.
• Experience in sales, business development, account management, or commercial roles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information clearly.
• A proven ability to engage and influence customers and build trusted relationships.
• A team-oriented mindset, with an enthusiasm for collaboration and problem-solving.
