We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Madinah, Saudi Arabia. This role is exclusively for Saudi nationals, preferably with a background in the Holy Cities region. In this role, you will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Madinah and surrounding areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer needs in the region.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at local events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Saudi national only.
- Proven sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in Madinah.
- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian business culture.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required.
