Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive schedules, including meetings and appointments.
• Screen incoming emails and phone calls, discussing necessary actions.
• Prepare agendas and collect materials for meetings.
• Handle confidential communications with care.
• Organize VIP travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Maintain high-quality standards and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Oracle/CRM being a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
