Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain smooth operations of the restaurant.
- Link all facets of service, cuisine, and entertainment.
- Manage recruitment, staffing, and scheduling to meet guest needs.
- Identify training needs, conduct training, and coach team performance.
- Collaborate with the culinary and stewarding teams to ensure excellent food service.
- Create opportunities for upselling products and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Maintain HACCP standards and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in luxury five-star environments.
- Strong leadership, motivational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding of international luxury travelers' needs.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
