We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to help us spread our mission of caring for orphans. As part of our team, you will:
- Participate in developing the operational plan and contribute to the marketing strategies for our campaigns.
- Manage and enhance our online store to improve user experience and performance efficiency.
- Implement marketing campaigns and analyze their results across various promotional platforms.
- Provide technical support to donors through our platform and email.
- Contribute to designing marketing projects aimed at individuals and creating promotional content.
- Prepare periodic reports on the store and analyze donor data to target them effectively and enhance their loyalty.
- Generate reports on deductions and SMS and analyze performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or equivalent.
- Experience in digital marketing and managing online campaigns and stores.
- Familiarity with analytical tools and performance measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Good content writing, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools is preferred.
