Join Haven Scientific as a Quality Control Specialist!
Haven Scientific is a Saudi factory that specializes in the development and manufacturing of genomics testing kits. Our mission is to localize the design and production of diagnostic testing kits tailored to the local genetic and microbial composition. We are currently seeking a proactive Quality Control Specialist to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements before reaching our customers.

Position Overview:
This full-time role will focus on inspecting and analyzing our products. As an entry-level position, we welcome fresh graduates with a keen interest in quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Document and report non-conformities and quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records in compliance with ISO 13485 and other standards.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate with production teams to integrate quality control processes.
• Monitor equipment calibration and maintenance schedules.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines in the working environment.
• Perform other quality-related tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry.
• Fresh graduate; 12 years of work experience preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory techniques is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of ISO 13485 or GMP standards preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
