As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in handling offers and tenders, collaborating closely with the sales team to foster new business opportunities and enhance revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and follow up on offers, tenders, and all relevant documentation until orders are secured.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales possibilities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Maintain an updated quotation tracker and ensure transparency.
  • Gather customer feedback and report to internal teams.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in relevant sectors.
  • Familiarity with tendering processes and sales documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
