🎯 المهام الوظيفية:

  • استقبال طلبات الشراء من قسم المبيعات أو العملاء الداخليين.

  • تحليل المواصفات الفنية بدقة.

  • البحث عن موردين موثوقين وتحديث قاعدة البيانات.

  • طلب عروض أسعار ومقارنتها من حيث الجودة والسعر ومدة التوريد.

  • التفاوض مع الموردين للحصول على أفضل الشروط.

  • إصدار أوامر الشراء ومتابعة التوريد حتى الاستلام النهائي.

  • توثيق العمليات وأرشفة جميع البيانات ذات العلاقة.

  • التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى لحل مشاكل التوريد وتفادي التأخير.

✅ المؤهلات المطلوبة:

  • مؤهل دبلوم أو بكالوريوس (إدارة أعمال، سلسلة الإمداد، أو تخصص فني ذي صلة).

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال المشتريات أو المبيعات في مواد البناء.

  • معرفة جيدة بأنواع الخشب، الحديد، الأدوات الصحية، والمفاتيح والكابلات الكهربائية.

  • مهارات تفاوض قوية ودقة عالية في التفاصيل.

  • إجادة استخدام برامج الأوفيس وخاصة Excel.

  • الأفضلية لمن لديه خبرة في استخدام أنظمة ERP (مثل Odoo أو Zoho).
