Join Leylaty Group as a Senior Pastry Chef!

Are you passionate about the art of pastry? Leylaty Group, renowned for our premium dining experiences, is looking for a talented Senior Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section. In this role, you will oversee the creation of a diverse range of high-quality desserts and pastries, ensuring that every creation mirrors our commitment to excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Production & Supervision: Prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, cakes, tarts, and baked goods, while supervising daily operations for quality consistency.
  • Innovation & Development: Design seasonal dessert menus and collaborate with Executive Chefs for customized creations.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor junior pastry chefs, organizing schedules and promoting a collaborative environment.
  • Quality & Hygiene Control: Ensure adherence to hygiene standards and monitor ingredient freshness.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma or professional certificate in Culinary Arts with a focus on Pastry or Bakery.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in pastry production, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Advanced knowledge of French and international pastry techniques.

Skills & Competencies:
  • High creativity and attention to detail in pastry presentation.
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to hygiene, safety, and culinary excellence.
