- Supervising and coordinating all pastry preparation and presentation.
- Planning production to meet daily requirements.
- Implementing seasonal and promotional menu offerings.
- Managing food cost controls to maximize revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations.
What we are looking for:Successful candidates will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or in a senior pastry role.
- Proven ability to lead multiple pastry operations.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- A valid trade qualification.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
