  • Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation laws, and auditing practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or multi-entity environment.
  • Familiarity with local financial regulations and market practices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

نبحث عن مدير مالي متمكن يمتلك خبرة عميقة في الإدارة المالية، وتحليل التكاليف، ودراسة الاستثمارات، ومراجعة العروض الفنية والمالية خاصة في قطاع المقاولات والمشاريع، ويكون شريكًا استراتيجيًا للإدارة في اتخاذ القرار.

سيكون مسؤولًا عن إعداد التحليلات المالية، التوقعات المستقبلية، ضبط التكاليف، تحسين الربحية، وتقديم التوجيه المالي الذي يدعم النمو والاستدامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد ومراجعة الميزانيات التقديرية والتشغيلية ومتابعة الالتزام بها.
- تحليل التكاليف المباشرة وغير المباشرة للمشاريع والمقاولات واقتراح فرص التحسين.
- مراجعة وتقييم العروض الفنية والمالية للمقاولين والموردين.
- إعداد دراسات جدوى مالية للمشاريع والاستثمارات الجديدة.
- تحليل البيانات المالية وإعداد تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.
- تقديم توقعات مالية (Forecasting) وسيناريوهات تساعد في اتخاذ القرار.
إدارة التدفقات النقدية وضمان كفاءة السيولة.
- مراقبة الأداء المالي للمشاريع وتحليل الانحرافات.
- تطوير السياسات والإجراءات المالية والرقابية.
- العمل مع الإدارات الأخرى لدعم التخطيط المالي والاستثماري.
- الإشراف على فريق الحسابات والتأكد من جودة ودقة العمل المالي.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، أو إدارة الأعمال (ويفضل الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإدارة المالية أو المحاسبية.
- يفضل خبرة في المقاولات، المشاريع، أو الاستثمار.
- قدرة عالية على تحليل البيانات المالية وبناء نماذج مالية.
- إجادة استخدام Excel وأنظمة ERP.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض تقارير قوية.
- شخصية تحليلية وقيادية، قادرة على إعطاء توجيه واضح للإدارة.

Tarfeeh Fakieh, part of Fakieh Leisure and Entertainment Group, is seeking an experienced hotel Finance Manager to lead our finance function, focusing on enhancing domestic tourism by providing top-tier leisure and entertainment experiences. Located along the scenic Jeddah corniche, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to exceed our guests' expectations.

Role Description:
The Finance Manager will ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, strategic budgeting, and cost optimization while partnering closely with operations teams. Key responsibilities include:
  • Full month-end close and management reporting (P&L, BS, cash flow) in line with hotel standards.
  • Forecasting & budgeting, conducting weekly revenue and cost reviews with General Manager and department heads.
  • Management of working capital, including AR/credit control, AP, inventory, cash, and bank.
  • Cost control for Rooms & F&B; menu engineering support; price/margin analysis.
  • Revenue assurance including night audit oversight and PMS/POS reconciliations.
  • Capex control, fixed assets register, approvals, and ROI tracking.
  • Compliance with tax, ZATCA/e-invoicing, and coordination with external/internal audits.
  • Implementation of internal controls including policies, SOPs, and segregation of duties.
  • Team leadership; coaching and developing a small hotel finance team.

Requirements:
  • 8–10 years in hotel finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations including Front Office, F&B, Stores, and Cost Control.
  • Hands-on experience with PMS/POS and night audit processes (*, Opera/Cloud PMS).
  • Excellent skills in Excel and ERP systems; strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Accounting qualification preferred (*, CMA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).

KPIs:
  • Month-end closing accuracy & timeliness.
  • GOP margin vs. budget/forecast.
  • AR aging & cash collection days.
  • Inventory variances & cost of sales accuracy.
  • Timeliness of closing audit findings.
