المسؤوليات:
  • تحية وترحيب الضيوف، وضمان انطباع أول إيجابي.
  • إدارة الحجوزات وتخصيص المقاعد بكفاءة لتحسين تدفق الضيوف.
  • تقديم قوائم الطعام وإعلامهم بالعروض اليومية.
  • الرد على استفسارات الهاتف بشأن خدمات المكان.
  • الحفاظ على النظافة وتنظيم منطقة الاستقبال.
