Key Responsibilities:

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance standards.
• Greet and seat customers in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests effectively.
• Monitor the quality of food & beverage served consistently.
• Practice good customer relations and attend to complaints or queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep service equipment.
• Handle all service preparations before, during, and after service.
• Ensure minimal wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Utilize up-selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage, along with previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and essential skills such as guest service and interpersonal skills are required.
