ملخص الوظيفة:
يتمثل دور مدير تطوير الأعمال في دفع نمو الأعمال، وتطوير الشراكات الاستراتيجية، وتوسيع وجود الشركة في السوق عبر المملكة العربية السعودية. يحتاج المرشح المثالي إلى فهم قوي للمتطلبات الفنية في مجالات الهندسة المدنية أو الكهربائية، بما في ذلك مشروعات البنية التحتية، وعقود EPC، وفرص القطاع الحكومي. يتطلب هذا الدور معرفة قوية بالسوق، وخبرات في تقديم العطاءات، ومهارات بناء علاقات، خاصةً مع الجهات الحكومية وأصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين في المملكة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • تحديد ومتابعة فرص الأعمال الجديدة في قطاعات البناء، والهندسة، والبنية التحتية.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لتوسيع نطاق الشركة عبر المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • إجراء أبحاث سوقية لتحديد الاتجاهات الناشئة وأنشطة المنافسين.
  • بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين والمناقصين والهيئات الحكومية.
  • تمثيل الشركة في الفعاليات والمعارض والاجتماعات لتعزيز رؤية العلامة التجارية.
  • قيادة تطوير الاقتراحات الفنية والتجارية لمشروعات الهندسة المدنية والكهربائية.
  • التعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتقدير وإدارة المشاريع لإعداد تقديم المناقصات.
  • مراجعة مواصفات المشاريع وضمان توافقها مع متطلبات العملاء.
  • تحديد والتفاعل مع الشركاء المحتملين والمقاولين والموردين لفرص الشراكة.
  • قيادة المناقشات التعاقدية والتفاوض مع أصحاب المصلحة.
  • تقديم توقعات مبيعات دقيقة وتتبع الفرص.
  • الحفاظ على نظم إدارة علاقات العملاء وتوثيق الاتصالات مع العملاء.
