Role Overview
This is a temporary, on-site role focusing on the recruitment of qualified medical staff for the Hajj season. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key part in sourcing and deploying healthcare professionals vital for Hajj medical missions.

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (*, nurses, physicians, allied health) for Hajj missions
Manage high-volume recruitment processes within tight deadlines
Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected candidates
Ensure compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to identify staffing needs for the Hajj season
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or mass hiring campaigns
Strong ability to manage recruitment under pressure and tight deadlines
Experience in seasonal staffing or Hajj projects is highly preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and healthcare regulations is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with various departments.
Contribute to the review and enhancement of the organizational structure based on operational needs.
Prepare competency matrices and link them to jobs and career paths.
Oversee performance management systems and ensure the completion of periodic evaluations, linking them to training initiatives.
Assist in HR initiatives and contribute to the development and update of policies and procedural frameworks.
Analyze training needs and develop training plans while monitoring the implementation of training programs.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and organizational development.
Strong skills in job analysis and the preparation of organizational reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
