Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s footprint.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to drive retention and repeat sales.
  • Promote and present company products, ensuring strong product knowledge and positioning.
  • Support the execution of trade promotions, activation, and in-store visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor customer orders, coordinate deliveries, and follow up to ensure service quality.
  • Handle day-to-day customer queries and resolve issues to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Track competitor activities and market trends, sharing insights with the sales management team.
  • Provide accurate sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables from assigned customers.
  • Support product launches by driving distribution, visibility, and sales in the assigned area.
  • Represent the company during client visits, tastings, and local trade events.

Minimum Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a relevant industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and account management.
