As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in implementing sales activities and maximizing business opportunities. We are seeking passionate and proactive sales professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to attain and exceed set targets.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of accounts, engaging with managerial and departmental executives for effective client servicing.
• Establish pricing parameters and negotiate with customers for transient and group business.
• Generate sales leads for Rotana in the targeted areas.
• Provide insights on market conditions and competitive trends through direct sales efforts.
• Maintain records of major accounts and assist in managing the account system.
• Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations to maximize upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• Strong computer literacy with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
