We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to design and implement strategic sales plans that will expand our customer base and ensure strong market presence.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Determine annual unit and gross profit plans through marketing strategies and analysis of trends.
- Maintain sales volume and product mix by staying updated with market conditions and competitors.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify emerging markets and implement national sales programs with field sales action plans.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks.
Qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5-8 years of sales experience in a successful sales management role.
Skills:
- Proficiency in English and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and good presentation skills.
