As a pivotal part of our team at Hilton, you will manage the housekeeping office, ensuring an excellent experience for our guests and members. This role encompasses several critical responsibilities to maintain the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the housekeeping office operations
Handle incoming calls and manage guest requests promptly
Assign room and task lists to housekeeping team members
Ensure security procedures are followed for key issuance
Log and manage lost property effectively
Communicate relevant guest information to Housekeepers efficiently
Perform administrative and IT duties
Coordinate special tasks and extra duties
Report and log maintenance issues
Ensure clear communication with Reception and Guest Relations
Maintain adherence to Health and Safety Regulations

What We Are Looking For:
We seek individuals who are IT proficient, possess excellent organizational skills, and can work under pressure both independently and as part of a team. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous.

Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Supervisor!

At Rotana Hotels, we are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hotel maintains its high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the team of Housekeeping Attendants and prepare their job assignments.
Issue keys and supplies to Housekeeping Attendants.
Manage records of VIP guests, Do Not Disturb status, Sleep Out, Double-Lock Rooms, and act accordingly.
Attend daily briefings and communicate special instructions.
Handle check-outs and ensure rooms are reported as vacant.
Fulfill special guest requests.
Inspect cleaned areas against checklists to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any immediate repairs needed and maintain inventory of supplies.
Train and assist Housekeeping Attendants and provide performance feedback to management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or vocational training in hospitality along with previous minor supervisory experience within the Housekeeping Department of a hotel. A strong command of written and spoken English as well as excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with Opera is a plus.

Knowledge and Competencies:

Ability to supervise people and operations.
Strong customer focus and adaptability.
Teamwork and planning skills.
