Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant reservation system including taking reservations by phone, email, and in person.
- Welcome and escort guests to their tables while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Support the F&B team in maintaining operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all corporate policy and procedures.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mandarin Oriental, representing our service excellence.
What We Expect From You:
- Understanding of the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings.
- Ability to communicate reservations and preferences effectively.
- Maintain an accurate table count and reservation updates in the system.
