Join Hilton as a Waiter/ess!
As a Waiter/ess (Server) at Hilton, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience. You will be serving guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner, showcasing extensive knowledge of our menu offerings. This position requires a positive attitude and a commitment to high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage guest queries in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to licensing regulations.
• Ensure a thorough understanding of the menu and all products offered.
• Maintain a well-stocked mis-en-place at all floor stations.
• Follow proper reporting procedures when addressing issues.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly and to high standards.
• Adhere to Hilton's grooming standards including dress code, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.

What We Are Looking For:
A successful Waiter/ess at Hilton should possess:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the food and beverage industry.
