About the RoleWe are looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication channels, scheduling appointments, and providing a warm welcome to clients. The position is key to ensuring smooth operations in the spa and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities- Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Use the booking system to schedule and manage client appointments for nail and spa services.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and ensure all information is entered into the system correctly.
- Provide general assistance and support to spa staff as needed.
Qualifications- High school diploma or relevant work experience.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (fluency is essential for effective interaction with clients and staff).
- Ability to effectively manage the booking system and client schedules.
- Available to join immediately.

- Proficient in using office software (*, email, calendar systems).
