About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Medina. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment from arrival to departure.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and manage the check-in process, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys, and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance.
• Process guest departures efficiently by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts, and accurately utilizing the point-of-sale system.
• Provide comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, including room types, rates, and promotions, as well as local area information to assist with guest inquiries.
• Promote hotel amenities and services through up-selling techniques to maximize room and service revenue.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns with care and urgency, and effectively manage messages and communications.
