About the HIS Support Specialist Role

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Health Informatics, a Medical Background, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in technical support and troubleshooting of HIS or similar healthcare/enterprise applications.
• Excellent customer support and communication skills.
• The ability to effectively interact with clinical, administrative, and technical stakeholders.
