About the Facility Management Engineer Role

A Confidential Government entity is seeking a Facility Management Engineer to join their team in Abha, 'Asir. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and reliability of building systems and facilities. The role supports daily operations, conducts inspections, resolves technical issues, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential issues.
• Review and approve technical submittations, drawings, and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot system failures and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, codes, and company standards.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability within facilities.
• Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate documentation of all facility management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facility Engineering.
• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in facility operations or maintenance engineering.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of building systems and facility management best practices.
• Proficiency in using CAFM/CMMS systems and relevant engineering software.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
